Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. First-party cookies

ImageTools Pro itself does not set analytical or tracking cookies. The preference data we keep (language, theme, daily usage, Pro status) is stored in your browser's localStorage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to our servers.

2. Advertising cookies (third-party)

To fund the free tools we display advertising from third-party networks (Adsterra). Their ad scripts may use cookies and browser storage to: limit how often an ad is shown, measure ad performance, and support interest-based advertising across websites. Cookie names and domains belong to the ad provider (for example garretebonylosing.com) and may change over time.

3. How to control advertising cookies

  • Decide on the consent banner shown on your first visit: accepting shows ads, rejecting prevents any third-party ad script from loading.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the itp_consent entry in your browser's localStorage — the banner will reappear on your next visit.
  • Block or set permissions for third-party cookies in your browser settings.
  • Disable personalised advertising in your device advertising settings.
  • Use the opt-out and preference tools offered by the ad partner shown with each ad.
  • Use a browser extension that blocks trackers.

You can keep using all the tools normally if you disable the ad network cookies — the tools never depend on them.

We value your privacy

This site is ad-supported by a partner that may set a cookie to personalize ads. Reject and no third-party ad scripts load at all. All image processing stays 100% in your browser either way.
